East & Silk were already well established in the fabric
supply trade but needed a solid e-commerce website to organise and sell a huge
range of silk fabrics online. They also exhibit at many trade shows and wanted
the website to help promote these events. The customer journey and UX was extremely important to Li Yin and we worked hard together to ensure we built a logical and slick buying experience for her customers.
